Join Ellice and WCL’s Office of Development & Alumni Relations as we unpack the various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (arbitration, adversarial/competitive negotiation/interest-based negotiation, mediation, and collaborative law) and assess how they compare to traditional litigation.
