American University Law Review Federal Circuit Fridays Series: Government Contracts Law Guided Discussion

The American University Law Review presents: Federal Circuit Symposium Series

The American University Law Review is proud to announce its 35th annual Federal Circuit Symposium will be held as a five-week series of lunch events held on Zoom every Friday this October from noon to 1 P.M. Eastern Time. Each week’s event will center on a specific legal area common to the Federal Circuit, including addresses, panel discussions, guided conversations, and events focused on Veteran's law, patents, trademarks, government contracts, and international trade.

Chief Judge Jeri Somers, Vice Chair of the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, will join Marcia G. Madsen, Chair of the Government Contracts practice at Mayer Brown, and American University Washington College of Law Professor Steve Shapiro in conversation regarding recent changes to the government contracts law landscape, with particular focus trained on practice in the age of COVID-19.
