The conversation will be on the Constitutional aspects of campaign finance laws, and there will be discussion on how this all plays out in practice. It is featuring the chairwoman of the Federal Election Commission, as well as individuals from the Alliance for Justice and the Cato Institute who will offer competing arguments for different interpretations of the Constitution.
