The Kovler Project Against Torture (formerly the United Nations Committee against Torture (UN CAT) Project) is a one-of-a-kind experiential learning opportunity to provide assistance to the UN Committee against Torture. The KPAT includes a specialized practicum on the prohibition of torture under international law (with instruction by current and former Committee members), and one week in Geneva, Switzerland, at the Committee’s session. Project participants will discuss the KPAT and the upcoming spring application process and deadline.
