12:00PM - 02:00PM Online via Zoom
The conference seeks to gather scholars, practitioners, and diplomats to explore how the Law of the Sea and other international norms address issues such as climate change, sea-level rise and its impacts on maritime entitlements, statehood, and human rights. The aim is to enhance our understanding of the legal issues relating to sea-level rise and encourage further study and discussion. The conference will be held during the 73rd Session of the International Law Commission meeting in Geneva, Switzerland.
