The Health Law and Policy Summer Institute is hosting an exciting Lunch & Learn Series for students and practitioners. This unique educational and networking opportunity is open to students from across the nation who are in the D.C. area for internships, coursework, law firm summer associate positions, and the like. Both Lunch & Learns will take place in Yuma 112 (Faculty Lounge).

An expert panel will discuss the False Claims Act from both the defense and plaintiff/qui tam relator perspectives. Expert panelists include Jesse A. Witten of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and, Robert L. Vogel of Vogel, Slade & Goldstein, LLP as well as Erica J. Kraus of Sheppard Mullin moderating.
