Legal Implications of US-China National Security Policy - How Companies Can Prepare

The practical regulatory implications of US-China national security tensions include regulatory challenges related to CFIUS, export controls, sanctions, and import tariffs. 

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Information:

Total 60-minute hours: 1 CLE credit hour in Pennsylvania (approved) | Virginia (pending)

Attorneys licensed in Alaska, Connecticut, Colorado, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, and Wisconsin may obtain CLE credit for courses approved by Pennsylvania or Virginia. Attorneys licensed in California and Hawaii may obtain CLE credit hours through reciprocity only if they were physically outside of their state while attending the online course.
