COVID19 and the Law
This discussion will feature several distinguished panelists, including Professors lewis Grossman and Lindsay Wiley of AUWCL, Professor Kim Wehle of the University of Baltimore, and Gigi Sohn, a Distinguished Fellow at the Georgetown Law Institute for Technology Law & Policy. It will focus on lessons learned during the COVID 19 pandemic about how federal law can be used to address future public health calamities.

Advocating for Victims' Rights in the UN: A Conversation with Jane Connors
Join us for a conversation with Ms. Jane Connors, United Nations Victims’ Rights Advocate. Ms. Connors, in discussion with AUWCL Prof. Macarena Sáez, will talk about her work putting the rights and dignity of victims at the forefront of the UN’s response to sexual exploitation and abuse. This event is being held from 12pm-1:30pm EST.
