A moderated discussion on police forces engaging in community policing. Includes an analysis of the DC Police LGBT Special Liaisons Unit and the effect on members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Also will discuss the ability for prosecutors and police to exercise discretion with crimes committed within the LGBTQIA+ community.
