Tensión entre los Derechos Procesales en el Arbitraje de Inversión

To welcome participants of the Fifth Investment Arbitration Competition, which will take place March 12-16, 2018, the Center is organizing a round table in Spanish, which will discuss conflicting procedural rights in investment arbitration. Speakers include Horacio Grigera Naón, WCL; Manuela de la Helguera, Wiss & Partners LLP; Miguel López Forastier, Covington & Burling LLP; Luis Parada, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP; and Caroline Richard, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. The event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.

Please note that registration is not required for this event.
