A Child's Right to Parents: Challenges for LGBTQI Families

Join the Center for Human Rights & Humanitarian law’s Impact Litigation Project on February 27 at 12:00pm in YT16 to hear the testimony of Patricia Reyes on her struggle to be recognized as a mother in Chile, with comments from U.S. Family Law attorney Michele Zavos, LGBTI rights expert Fanny Gomez, and Professor Macarena Sàez on legal strategies and challenges to ensuring legal equality for children in LGBTQI families.

Gaming is an incredibly fast-growing industry that touches on numerous topics in IP law. From the music in video games to the likenesses of players in college football video games, the Symposium will discuss the many ways IP and Video Games are related.
