Equal Justice Under Law? A Review and Response to the Previous & Current Supreme Court Terms
Each year, AULR hosts a symposium to discuss a burgeoning area in the law. This year, the symposium is titled “Equal Justice Under Law? A Review and Response to the Previous and Current Supreme Court Terms.” Throughout the day, there will be three panels with forward-looking discussions about reproductive and disability justice in the wake of Dobbs, First Amendment jurisprudence, and a panel on the current term, focused on voting rights, affirmative action, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and immigration.
We are thrilled to announce our keynote address will be given by distinguished scholar, Dean Erwin Chemerinsky.
