Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society Spring Qualifying Tournament

The Spring Qualifying Tournament is the mandatory competition for admittance onto the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. Registration is free this year. The competition focuses on negotiation and arbitration. You will be assigned a partner and be required to show your ability to work well in a team as well as your own ability to maintain composure under pressure. 

While the Tournament will be held over two days, you will only compete on one day.

The U.S. Approach to International Justice in the Biden Administration

Please join the War Crimes Research Office and International and Comparative Legal Studies Program for a discussion considering challenges and opportunities in international justice under the Biden Administration, including U.S. engagement with the International Criminal Court, hybrid tribunals, and other investigative and prosecutorial mechanisms. Panelists include:

  • Todd Buchwald, former Special Coordinator, U.S. Department of State Office of Global Criminal Justice;
  • Liz Evenson, Associate Director, International Justice Program, Human Rights Watch;
  • James Goldston, Executive Director, Open Society Justice Initiative; and
  • Erik Larson, Attorney. U.S. Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law
