Program on Law and Government Events

Events don't take place here once in awhile, they happen all the time. Conferences, speakers, symposia, and special events at the Law School expose students and lawyers to cutting-edge areas of practice and to the goverment officials, distinguished scholars, practitioners, and advocates who are framing what's next in law in this country and around the world. In the past, the Program has hosted U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, famed consumer activist and environmentalist Ralph Nader, U.S. Representative Rosa DeLauro, Former Ambassador Felix Rohatyn, and Andrew Feinstein, a former ANC Member of South Africa’s Parliament. Take a look at the conference descriptions and webcasts below to get a feel for the rich, vibrant legal community in the Program on Law and Government.
