Housing: The program fees do not include housing in Washington. If needed, participants may request accommodations through the American University summer housing program on main campus (about a 20 minute walk to the Washington College of Law – there is also a free shuttle bus). Participants will pay Washington housing costs directly to the AU summer housing program. 2015 rates for Cassell Hall with the 14.5% hotel tax already included are: $91.60/night for a single room and $72.14/night for a double room. Please fill out the online Housing Request Form. Select "Conference Guest Online Registration" up the top right - then "International Organizations, Law and Diplomacy". To change your check-in/check-out dates and for any housing questions please contact conferences@american.edu.

Visas: If you require a visa to visit the United States please contact program staff and the appropriate consulate as soon as possible to make preparations.

Course Registration: WCL students will register for courses (academic credit) through the standard registration process at myAU. Non-Credit Certificate of Completion participants will register directly through the program application page.

Policies: Courses may be cancelled if there are not enough students enrolled. The program will work to accommodate students affected by this potential situation.
