Dean, Faculty, and Students Participate in 51st Session of the UN Committee against Torture
Dean Claudio Grossman, in his capacity as chair of the UN Committee against Torture (UN CAT), will preside this week over the Committee's 51st session in Geneva. He'll also serve as rapporteur for Portugal and co-rapporteur for Mozambique. With the generous support of the Kovler Foundation, ten students in the law school's unique UN CAT Project will join Dean Grossman in Geneva, together with UN CAT Project Coordinator Jennifer de Laurentiis and Professors Janie Chuang and Fernanda Nicola. While in Geneva, Grossman will host a dinner for alumni and friends at Café du Soleil.
