Research Assistant

Meghan Chilappa is a second-year law student at AUWCL interested in national security and emerging technologies. She currently serves as a Research Assistant to Professor Jennifer Daskal, contributing to projects on global technology regulations, cross-border disinformation campaigns, and internet shutdowns. She is also a Legal Intern in the Criminal Division at the Justice Department, a member of the American University Business Law Review, and a 2020 LENS (Law, Ethics, and National Security) Scholar representing WCL at the 25th annual Duke national security law conference. Prior to law school, Meghan managed international education and public diplomacy programs. She holds a BA in International Relations from Syracuse University.
