Justin Singh

Research Assistant and TLS Student Fellow

Justin Singh is a third-year J.D. candidate at the American University Washington College of Law (WCL), where he focuses on data security, privacy, and cyberspace. 

At TLS, Justin researches State positions on the applicability of international law to cyberspace. Outside of TLS, Justin is a Student Attorney in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic and a Senior Staffer on the International Law Review. This past summer Justin interned at Red Hat supporting their Global Privacy Team. Prior to law school, Justin has worked with the U.S. Department of State, Sony Pictures Entertainment, the Navy, and PAE in analysis, research, and program support. Justin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a minor in Risk Management (2020).
