Jenna Ruddock

Senior Researcher

Jenna Ruddock is a Senior Researcher at the Washington College of Law. She is conducting research at the intersection of technology, human rights, and civil liberties, with a focus on the regulation of harmful content throughout the Internet ecosystem. While in law school, she worked on research and advocacy relating to human rights, civil liberties, environmental justice, disability rights, and immigration. Before embarking on her law degree, Ms. Ruddock worked as a documentary film writer and producer with a focus on science and social justice media. Her documentary work currently focuses on U.S. social movements, with an emphasis on technology and policing. Ms. Ruddock received a JD from the Washington College of Law and a BA from Mount Holyoke College. Her work has been published in the American University Law Review and the Maryland Journal of International Law.
