On-Site Spanish for Lawyers Course

WCL's Spanish for Lawyers course presents Spanish terminology in context. It focuses on U.S. Criminal Law, U.S. Immigration Law, and cross-cultural communication and it is taught by specialists in each field. Participants will interact with professionals and broaden their knowledge of legal terminology and concepts in Spanish. This will help them communicate in Spanish both with clients and other attorneys.
Small class size ensures individual attention. Please see our sample syllabus to get a better idea of the course contents.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon successful completion of the Spanish for Lawyers course.
SCHEDULE
Sessions will meet every Wednesday from September 5 to November 16, 2018. Class will be from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. (Please note: The last session will be held on Friday, November 16.)
CLE ACCREDITATION WILL BE APPLIED FOR UPON REQUEST.
American University Washington College of Law is an accredited provider for VA and PA, with reciprocity for such states as NY, NJ, CA, and VT. The granting of accreditation for these and all other states will depend on individual state criteria and accreditation will be applied for as requested
