Lokesh is a recent graduate from the Institute of Law Nirma University, India with a keen interest in Intellectual Property laws and policy especially copyright, traditional knowledge, and trademark. He is specifically interested in open access and access to knowledge discourses, due to his personal and professional experiences. Hailing from rural India, he has a strong liking for understanding the socio-cultural effects of IP laws and their implications on policy. In his free time, he enjoys reading and watching anything ranging from Buddha to Beyonce, and often finds himself musing over religion, philosophy, arts, mythology, history.
