Professor Sylvia Lu will be a panelist at the Fordham International Law Journal Symposium on March 20^th. Her panel titled, “The Rights Based Model,” will explore the rights-based approach to privacy, and how human rights principles, advocacy, and cross-border legal cooperation can promote global privacy laws. The panel also explores how rights-based principles are implemented in an organization.
