Professor Michael Carroll will host and moderate PIJIP's Intellectual Property at the Supreme Court Series after the oral argument before the Supreme Court in Cox Communication, Inc. v. Sony Music Entertainment. The panel will focus on whether a service provider can be held liability for "marteirlally contributing" to copyright infringement based on individuals using accounts to infinge and not terminating access.
