Professor Michael Carroll will host and moderate PIJIP’s IP at SCOTUS Series after the oral argument before the Supreme Court in TikTok v. Garland. The panel will focus on whether the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, as applied to petitioners, violates the First Amendment.
