Professor Jonas Anderson to Speak at IAM Media's IP 2020 Event

On November 17th, Professor Jonas Anderson will be speaking at IAM Media event, IP 2020: The U.S. Patent System in a Year of Change. Professor Anderson will be a featured panelist for a discussion of litigation trends of the past year, specifically the rise of patent litigation in the Western District of Texas. The panel discussion will take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 9:05-10:15am EST. More information here.
Last month, Professor Anderson co-authored a patent article titled Federal Judge Seeks Patent Cases. Professor Anderson was quoted in Bloomberg Law arguing that judges should be randomly assigned cases, not soliciting cases. See the news article here.
