Professor Farley to discuss “Fine Wine and Fair Wine,” Geographical Indications for Wines in TRIPS and Free Trade Agreements at Monash University. A research team of Australian scholars have been awarded an Australian Research Council Linkage Grant to research the protection of geographical indications for wines in Australia’s free trade agreements.
As part of that research project, they are convening a workshop in April 2021 on the topic of 'Geographical indications for Wines in TRIPS and Free Trade Agreements.' They have secured the agreement of the Journal of World Investment and Trade to publish a special issue of papers arising from the workshop in 2022.
The workshop will take place on Zoom over two sessions on Tuesday April 13th and Thursday April 15th.
