Professor Farley Teaches Intensive Trademark Law Class in Cuba
Last week, Professor Christine Farley traveled to Cuba to teach an intensive course on American trademark law to 45 local attorneys who work for the Cuban intellectual property office, law firms, the Ministry of Foreign Commerce, the music, television, film industries, the pharmaceutical industry and the hospitality industry.
Prof. Farley's trademark class is part of a larger certificate program offered by the Center for Inter-American Legal Education (CIALE) that also covers copyright, patent, contracts, tax and other business law topics.
