Professor Christine Farley will be speaking at the Boston University School of Law’s 2026 Works-in-Progress Intellectual Property (WIPIP) Colloquium on February 28th. Her talk titled "When Procedure Becomes Policy: The Hidden Substantive Effects of the Design Law Treaty,” reflects her longstanding engagement with comparative design law and ongoing international developments surrounding the adoption of the 2024 Design Law Treaty in Riyadh.
