LL.M. Student Lokesh Vyas Authors Spicy IP Article on the Right to Research in Indian Law

Lokesh Vyas has written a new article for Spicy IP in which he analyses four possible premises for the right to research in Indian law: "1. a right under the constitution, 2. a user right under copyright law, 3. privilege under copyright law, and 4. an exception under copyright law." Vyas is an Information Justice Fellow at PIJIP and a student in our IP LL.M. program. He graduated from the Institute of Law Nirma University, India with a keen interest in Intellectual Property laws and policy especially copyright, traditional knowledge, and trademark. He is specifically interested in open access and access to knowledge discourses.
