Dean Dastvar
Dean Dastvar currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Public Sector Contracts at United Healthcare. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law in Government Contracts Negotiation at Washington and Lee University School of Law. Dean has worked in the field of government contracts for over 12 years, both inside and outside the Federal Government in a number of roles. He has also authored several articles and serves as a subject matter expert for various entities.
Dean attended the University of Virginia for his Bachelors Degree in Cognitive Science, George Mason University for his MBA, and is an alumnus of American University Washington College of Law. He currently holds Bar Licenses to practice law in Maryland, Virginia (Corporate Counsel), D.C., and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Attorney.
