Professor and Dean Emeritus Claudio Grossman to participate in event celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Organization of the American States (OAS)
Professor and Dean Emeritus Claudio Grossman will participate in a conference celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Organization of the American States (OAS).
The Chair of the Permanent Council, the Secretary General and the Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of American States extended the invitation to Professor Grossman to participate in the Reflection Forum for the 70th anniversary of the OAS, to be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Hall of the Americas. This event will be carried out in accordance with Resolution CP/RES. 1101 (2160/18), approved on May 14, 2018. Other speakers include:
- Senator Jose Miguel Insulza, former Secretary General
- Mr. Luigi R. Einaudi, former Deputy Secretary General and Acting Secretary General
- Dr. Lisa Ann Vasciannie, Professor of International Relations at West Indies University in Jamaica
- Ambassador Carlos Játiva Naranjo, Permanent Representative of Ecuador
The event will be open to the general public.
