LAW-799-E008

A student may earn academic credit (subject to program requirements) for independent study under a contract between the student and a member of the faculty upon approval of the dean. Such study may be a research and writing project for a faculty member. To be approved for credit, an independent study project must be designed to contribute substantially to the student’s development as a lawyer. Additionally, it must be established firmly at the beginning of the project that student and faculty sponsor will work together closely during the course of the project.
