Women and Law Program and If-When-How Collaboration

The Women and the Law Program is proud to serve as the academic home for the Reproductive Justice Fellowship Program

[2016-2017 Reproductive Justice Fellows]

The Reproductive Justice Fellowship Program (RJFP) is a policy-focused fellowship designed to create entry points into the reproductive health, rights, and justice fields and to enhance legal and advocacy capacity at organizations working to advance reproductive justice for all people.

Reproductive Justice Fellows are placed for each year at organizations dedicated to women’s health and reproductive justice in Washington, D.C.  Fellows are recent law school graduates selected through a highly competitive nationwide process. They demonstrate remarkable knowledge of and passion for reproductive justice. Fellows will assist with research, interpretation, and application of law to aid the placement organization’s litigation, publication and policy pursuits.

[2017-2018 Reproductive Justice Fellows]

New Reproductive Justice Lawyering CLE Webinar Series

The Women and the Law Program (WLP) and If-When-How have created a brand new “Reproductive Justice Lawyering Webinar Series.” Part of our ongoing collaboration, the purpose of this series is to allow practicing attorneys to engage with the legal implications of current reproductive justice issues while fulfilling their Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements. We know that attorneys across the country are interested in these issues, yet may not practice specifically in this area of the law. By offering this webinar series, we hope to give attorneys the opportunity to learn about emerging issues and to facilitate a sense of community for those attorneys in more isolated areas.
