The Project on Addressing Prison Rape works with policymakers, correctional administrators, and the public to address sexual abuse in custodial settings. Our newsletters highlight recent cases, rulings, scholarly articles, and upcoming events related to sexual violence in custody. The Project searches for all cases involving inmate sexual abuse, LGBTI inmates, and cases directly citing the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
