AUWCL Business Law Program Kicks Off Spring 2018 with Business Law Orientation and Resume Review

On January 17, 2018, over forty 1L students gathered for the Business Law Program Orientation and Resume Review. During the panel, student leaders introduced the business and transactional student groups on campus, including American University Business Law Review, JD/MBA Club, Transactional Law Society, Business Law Society, International Trade and Investment Law Society, Tax Law Society, and Information Security and Investment Law Society.

Additionally, Professors Abramowitz, Bennett, and Smith highlighted AUWCL’s business-related, clinical programs, including the Community and Economic Development Law Clinic, the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic, and the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic. Following the panel, business law faculty members met with students and reviewed their resumes.
