Jenna Godfrey is an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates LLP in its Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Godfrey practices in the areas of capital markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities matters.
Ms. Godfrey’s recent capital markets representations have included the initial public offering of Dole as well as the "deSPAC" transaction of NextGen's business combination with Virgin Orbit, the space launch and satellite services company.
Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Godfrey worked at the ICSID, one of the five agencies at the World Bank. Ms. Godfrey has a B.A. from Pepperdine University and a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law (’11).
