Andrew Siegel serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Galaxy Digital in New York City. Mr. Siegel centers his practice in the Financial Services space, handling a variety of corporate, securities, investment, and FinTech matters.
Mr. Siegel has advised numerous financial services firms on legal, regulatory and compliance issues. In addition, Mr. Siegel specializes in handling matters of investment banking, hedge funds, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Galaxy Digital, Mr. Siegel served in-house at Perella Weinberg Partners and Morgan Stanley, and as an associate at Shearman & Sterling. Mr. Siegel has a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law (’94).
