Michael W. Stoltz
Michael Stoltz is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is the General Counsel and a Vice President of The Pence Group, Inc., a commercial real estate development and management company headquartered in Reston, Virginia. In addition to managing the legal department, he is heavily involved in the leasing, management, financing and insuring of the commercial property assets under management.
Michael earned his JD/MBA from American University’s Kogod School of Business and Washington College of Law part-time program. After graduation in 1999, he practiced law in the Corporate and Securities department at Kelly, Hart & Hallman, P.C., primarily working on regulatory and compliance matters under the Securities Act of 1933. In 1994, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
