Gail Sharps Myers (’97)
Gail Sharps Myers currently serves as the General Counsel and SVP of Denny’s.
Previously, Ms. Sharps Myers served as the EVP, General Counsel, Secretary and CCO for American Tire Distributors, Inc., where she was responsible for the implementation of strategy and the negotiation of complex domestic and international commercial transactions. From 2015-2018, Ms. Sharps Myers served as SVP, General Counsel and Secretary for Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. of Charlotte. Prior to that role, she was Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Counsel and Assistant Secretary at US Foods, Inc. in Chicago. Ms. Sharps Myers has also held positions at the law firms Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer and Loeb & Loeb LLP.
