Tuition (per credit or 14 hours) is $750

This is a flat rate based on teaching hours. Special rates (whether for alumni, government, NGOs, etc.) are not available. Please note that all the arbitration courses consist of 1 credit (14 hours) with the exception of Introduction to the Practice of International Commercial Arbitration which is a two-credit course (28 hours.)

Please be advised that this fee is only for attorneys interested in a certificate or CLE and advanced law students enrolled in a foreign law school and interested in gaining a certificate of attendance. J.D. and LL.M. students enrolled in an American law school and interested in gaining ABA academic credit must pay the AU Academic credit fee indicated below.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm registration. The deposit will be applied towards the tuition.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation received three business days prior to the program will be fully refunded. Please email cancellations to arbitration@wcl.american.edu. Cancellations after that time will not be refunded, however, reading materials will be sent and access to webcasts will be provided if available. Substitutions will be considered. Deposit is non-refundable.
