How to Register
Note that when submitting registration you only need to include the name of the institution and the name/email of the team contact person. The team contact person can be either the coach or a member of the team. The deadline to submit the final list of team members and coaches is Wednesday February 9, 2024.
REGISTRATION Fee
Registration fee is $650 for one team and $1,100.00 for two teams. The fee must be paid by Wednesday, February 9, 2024.
Payment can be made by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Please contact arbitration@wcl.american.edu if you have specific requirements as the form of payment.
A team may withdraw from the competition at any time before 5:00 p.m. on February 9, 2024. Please note that after that time, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
The registration fee covers the welcome reception and award ceremony reception on the occasion of the oral rounds. Teams will be responsible for the arrangement and funding of their own flights, accommodations, food and travel expenses.
Register two teams
To register two teams please complete the information required for "Team 1" and then mark "ADD TEAM." Complete the form for the second team, or just enter "TBA" to the first line under first name, last name and a valid email address.
If you wish to add a second team after having registered already one team, please complete a new registration form. Upon completion of the new registration form, locate the area designated "Referral Code." Under "Referral Code" enter 7XCY20, then mark "Apply Code."
Registration and Payment
Once your team is registered, please initiate credit card payment using the link included in your confirmation email ("Your Registration Record").
To pay with check, make check payable to American University Washington College of Law and mail it to:
