Meet the Fall 2015 LLM Board
ANA CAROLINA GUERRA | PANAMA
– President –
Ana Carolina Guerra is a young Panamanian lawyer and current LL.M. candidate at Washington College of Law. She went to law school at the Universidad Catolica Santa Maria la Antigua "USMA" in the Republic of Panama where she graduated with honors. Prior to coming to Washington, D.C. to pursue her master degree, she worked at "Cedeno & Mendez" a law firm where she had the chance to gain experience in the Intellectual Property sector. She is currently specializing in International Intellectual Property Law. In her free time, Ana enjoys to read and travel.
MARIA DANIELA LUCENA | VENEZUELA

María Daniela Lucena is a Venezuelan lawyer from Caracas, Venezuela and current LL.M candidate at the Washington College of Law. She received her law degree from Universidad Santa María in Caracas, Venezuela. María Daniela has worked in both public and private sectors. She is specializing in Arbitration and International Business Law.
MATHY TSHITOK YAV | DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO

Mathy is a Congolese Young Professional and currently LL.M. candidate at the Washington College of Law. Since her graduation in Public Law from the Université Protestante au Congo, in Kinshasa, she has been working with shipping, mining and auditing multinationals. She is specializing in International Environmental Law to work on DRC’s sustainable development issues. She enjoys travelling and reading. She is also passionate about good food, soccer and wrestling.
MONA MABKHOT BALOBAID | SAUDI ARABIA

Mona is a Saudi lawyer and a current LL.M. candidate at Washington College of Law in the International Legal Studies Program. She holds her law degree, which she obtained in 2012, from King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Mona has experience working with law students, and has conducted several research in the field of law.

Juan Fernando Ramirez is a Colombian lawyer from the Javeriana University in Cali (2014). Currently is an LL.M candidate at the Washington College of Law. Juan has worked in governmental institutions in his home country, International Organizations and the academia in the field of Human Rights.
