Seminar on Strategic Litigation in International Human Rights (795LH-001)
Each semester the ILP offers a two - three credit seminar on Strategic Litigation in International Human Rights Law. This is an experiential learning seminar with both a doctrinal and a practical component. Students will work on cases before the Inter-American System of Human Rights and will support human rights litigation in different countries of Latin America.
Each semester the ILP selects two to three student volunteers and attorneys working pro bono to work on cases and issues in which the ILP is involved. Interested students and attorneys should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
