Immigrant Justice Clinic
The Immigrant Justice Clinic is looking for a student interested in working as a Dean’s Fellow for the spring 2013 semester. The position is paid by the hour, and consists of a 14-week commitment. The Dean’s Fellow will work a fixed number of hours each week (anywhere from 10-20 hours/week, depending on the case load and the Dean’s Fellow’s schedule). Dean’s Fellows work under the supervision of the Clinic faculty and are responsible for maintaining the Clinic’s case load. In addition, the Dean’s Fellows will be expected to update files and provide assistance to faculty in preparing class session for the Clinic seminar. Because of the work required, immigration law and/or immigrants’ rights practice experience is preferred. For this position, Spanish language ability is also strongly preferred.
