Adjunct Professor of Law
Ms. Ventrell-Monsees is a nationally recognized expert in employment discrimination and is the co-author of AGE DISCRIMINATION LITIGATION (James Publishing 2012). She has written more than 50 amicus briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal circuit courts. She directed the age discrimination litigation program at AARP for 13 years. She is currently a Senior Advisor to Chair Jacqueline Berrien of the EEOC. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Employment Lawyers Association for 12 years and president of Workplace Fairness, a nonprofit dedicated to educating workers about their employment rights, for four years.
