Adjunct Professor Randall Quinn was an Assistant General Counsel for Appellate Litigation at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he worked for 30 years before retiring in 2016. He has argued more than 25 cases in the federal courts of appeals, and has published a number of articles on securities law topics. Professor Quinn has been teaching Securities Regulation at WCL since 1999. He received a B.A. from the University of Maryland, and an M.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia.
