Adjunct Instructor Paul Kaplan has been a commercial litigator for more than thirty-three years, representing clients in litigation, arbitrations, and mediations involving a very broad range of business issues. A substantial portion of Paul's practice has involved real estate-related matters, where he has represented developers, investors and lending institutions, including both banks and insurance companies, in the vast array of controversies that arise in the world of commercial real estate, in both good and bad times. He is currently practicing at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC. Mr. Kaplan received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
