Professor Lindsay is a litigator with the firm Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP. He counsels international and domestic clients through the resolution of complex cross-border disputes and U.S. Government civil and criminal investigations. His experience includes practicing in state and federal courts as well as in proceedings before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. Before joining Squire Patton Boggs, Professor Lindsay completed a federal clerkship with The Honorable Irene M. Keeley of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. While in law school, he was managing editor of the Boston College Law Review and, prior to beginning his legal career, Professor Lindsay served as a surface warfare officer and nuclear power engineer in the United States Navy.
