Tiffany is an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County, Maryland. She has worked as a prosecutor for more than seven years. Tiffany has tried numerous misdemeanor and felony bench and jury trials in both the District and Circuit Courts of Baltimore County. Tiffany is currently a senior trial attorney in the Juvenile Division of the State’s Attorney’s Office. She is responsible charging and filing all juvenile delinquency petitions and argues for certain violent repeat offenders to be waived to adult jurisdiction.
Prior to becoming an ASA, Tiffany was the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Zinora Mitchell-Rankin of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Tiffany has been a panel speaker at the University of Maryland Law and Howard University Law, speaking to students about the importance of diversity in prosecutorial offices. Recently, Tiffany was invited to be a guest lecturer of criminal law at Penn State, focusing on the topic of police shootings and the relationship of law enforcement with people of color. Tiffany received her J.D. degree from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she served as a Comments Editor on the Environmental Law Review and as the Student Bar Association Vice President. Tiffany received her undergraduate degree from Spelman College.
