Adjunct Professor of Law
Ms. Hamer is a partner in the Washington, DC office of the New York based law firm Pomerantz Haudek Grossman & Gross, LLP. She is a member of the firms Institutional Investor Practice Group in their securities class action litigation practice. She was previously engaged in the private practice of criminal defense including death penalty litigation in both State and Federal Courts, Grand Jury representation, parole hearings (including parole hearings following Ferman v. Georgia, which overturned the death penalty) and representation of women accused or convicted of killing their batters. She has authored numerous writs and appeals.
